I’m loving the trailer, but will the movie live up to the hype? I’ve been disappointed by some of the recent Batman movies; I’d really like for this one to turn my opinion around. The Joker has always been my favorite villain in the series, so I’m happy to see him thrown into the mix. Since Heath Ledger’s death, a lot of critics have predicted that box office profits will skyrocket. Heath was a really unique actor, so I’m interested in seeing his portrayal of the Joker. Still, it’s going to be somewhat strange to see him on the big screen. Somewhere, in the back of my mind, I’ll know that the actor behind the character is dead. That’s going to add an element of surrealism to an already strange film.
